Design Engineer
LOCATION: Montichiari (BS)
CONTRACT TYPE: Full-Time
We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented engineer to join our team as a Design Engineer. The role involves the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components for various products, from concept to production.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and development of mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., Catia V5)
- Creation of detailed technical drawings and specifications, in compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME)
- Performance of engineering calculations and simulations (such as Finite Element Analysis – FEA) to validate designs and
ensure structural integrity and safety - Development and testing of prototypes, performance data analysis, and design optimization
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including design and manufacturing, to ensure integration and
manufacturability - Evaluation and selection of appropriate materials and manufacturing processes
- Documentation of design processes and management of bills of materials (BOM)
- Supporting manufacturing departments with technical assistance and troubleshooting problems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Solid knowledge of engineering principles (mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science)
- Knowledge of CAD software (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability
- Precision and rigor in technical documentation
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
